Dataset License Policy

1. Grant of License

Upon verified purchase, DataMarket grants the purchasing organization or individual a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide commercial license to use the dataset in accordance with the terms below.

2. Permitted Uses

• AI/ML Model Training: Ingestion into machine learning, deep learning, NLP, LLM, or computer vision training and fine-tuning pipelines.
• Internal Analytics & BI: Internal data warehousing, executive dashboards, competitive intelligence, and predictive modeling.
• Product Features: Building derived features, algorithms, or automated decisioning embedded inside your SaaS products or mobile applications.
• Academic & Corporate Research: Publication of statistical findings, benchmarks, and research papers (with citation).

3. Prohibited Uses

• Direct resale, sharing, sublicensing, or redistribution of the raw dataset files or unaggregated records.
• Publishing the raw dataset on public repositories (e.g. public GitHub, Kaggle, Hugging Face) without written consent.
• Attempting to re-identify individuals from lawfully de-identified healthcare or public demographic datasets.

4. Versions & Updates

Your license entitles you to download future minor version releases (e.g., v1.1.0, v1.2.0) of your purchased dataset without additional charges directly from your customer dashboard.
